I was born and raised in Ann Arbor Michigan. American father, Moroccan mother, attended primary and secondary school at a public-charter school owned and operated by first generation Palestinian-Americans. Played organized sports at the high school level as well as division 2 for a junior college It is safe to say my upbringing was one of diversity/intersectionality.

I became legally-blind at the age of 7 and have experienced steady slow decline in vision. Despite this challenge, I have been recognized by my teachers of all levels a bright student, adventurous traveling to 10 countries, 3 continents, for learning, family, entrepreneurship and leisure. I am English as a Second Language (ESL) certified, I hold a Permaculture designer/practitioner certificate from the world renowned Permaculture Research Institute (PRI), BS dual major in Political Science/Africana Studies, minor in history, studying Arabic and Swahili the top two most spoken languages on the African continent.

My inherent global awareness coupled with cultural competency prepared me for navigating through complexity with curiosity rather than distress.

My work history is mainly in construction and logistics. Customer service is naturally apart of these industries, communicating with suppliers, contractors, owners, warehouse/storage personnel, etc.
