My name is Anita John and I live in the Bronx, New York City. It is our mission to serve as many people in our communities with Affordable Housing --- As a Commercial Mortgage Underwriter for 9 years in Affordable Housing, Pastors and Community Leaders are always seeking ways to provide Economic Development within their respective communities. For over 25 years I've worked in varying capacities in the Mortgage Lending space as a Trusted Advisor. My philosophy is simple and have served me well in business and in life, "underpromise and over deliver."

I'm a Minister of Finance/ Chief Financial Officer at Neighborhood of Affordable Homeless Housing, Inc.(a Housing Ministry for Single Homeless Women in New York). I hold a Masters in Business Administration from New York University's Stern's School of Business and my Bachelor's Degree is in Accounting from the University of the Virgin Islands (St. Thomas Campus).

I'm blessed to have 2 adult daughters: Melissa, age 39, a Dr.
of Sports Medicine and Tiffany, age 31, mother of my 12 year old grandson, Anthony and 5 month old Elijah they're the apple of my eyes.
